One of our key stakeholders is also a habitual and unnecessary "Reply" vs. I like to keep all emails in the conversation together, but whenever my client responds to our emails, it automatically adds an "external" to the subject line. I use folders for archiving but rarely go back into them, especially not for action items. The categories sometimes work but I never feel like I can get the functionality to work for me. tasks, and their odd separation, frustrate me. I concede that it's a personal email management issue but feel like I've never been ever to nail down the set-up that works best for me. I know I'm in the minority and it's an industry standard, but Outlook has never worked well for me.
